Or it could, anyway. The Wii has made boatloads of money and the only thing people really want from the console is a little color. Well, that and HD, but really the HD is unnecessary for the games that are fun on the Wii. So, ridiculous requests aside, all the world wants is colors for the Wii, and it seems everyone but America is going to get that wish.

Yes, next month the whole of Europe will have a chance to nab a limited edition black Wii bundle, complete with Wii Sports Resort and MotionPlus dongle. Nintendo will also be releasing a bunch of accessories. The package is available to Ireland and the UK on November 6th and the rest of Europe November 20th.

So why not us, Nintendo? Why not release the console that would outsell all those 250GB bundles this holiday season? Why not give us the Wii’s evil twin? Why?
