There it is, all shiny looking. It’s not the milestone 1000th, but it’s fun to see each hundred go by. They’ve all been different, and my focus has been on completely different toons. For this one, I’ve made my rounds back to Shaco, and I’m finally getting back into his playstyle. And damn if that clown isn’t fun.
The only unfortunate thing is that the big 900 is that it’s sandwiched between a load of losses. In fact, I’ve only won two games out of my last ten, which is a rough way to go. The good in all of it, though, is that I’ve pulled some nice records despite the losses. It’s been a fun way to change my focus in the games – trying to perform well, even exceptionally well, in the face of defeat. At the very least it’s a great way to start to prepare for Season One.
For the data freaks, I have losses at 14-7 (Kat), 16-4 (Shaco), and 12-4 (Shaco). Oddly enough I have just two losses in which I had a negative K/D ratio, and in both games it was by just one death. I think I can live with that.

I’m curious, how many games a day do you play? I average about 2, so my #s move up rather slowly (I think I’m around ~155W148L right now).
Congrats! And your W/L ratio is way better than mine. =) As onefinemess said, ever since I started reading your blog I’ve been wondering how many games you play per day. I jumped ship back to SR (my favorite map) once they lowered the IP earned on TT. But I still play about 5 games on SR every 24 hour period (that includes day and night).
I’m curious where those 2 leaves came from too… usually people either have a ton of leaves, or just a couple. In the case of a couple, I’m inclined to think network connectivity issue? Or did someone piss you off *that* much?

Sorry for the late response guys – been out of town. I play anywhere from 3-12 games a day, depending on the day. Occasionally I sneak in more. As you can guess by the numbers, I play a LOT – it’s my favorite hobby during the downtime leading up to beach season. I’ll likely be playing less now that I can head to the beach every day
As for the leaves, I had one connectivity issue and one game in which things were going terribly and I decided to take off for dinner a bit early. I left the game open and went AFK and idled out.
